STEP 1: Create a Word document, including the following information about your company. Indicate any special formatting needs (i.e. bullet points, special characters)

1. Corporate Description (Max 100 Words)
2. Major Products/Markets Served (Max 100 Words)
3. Major Services (Max 100 Words)

STEP 2: Prepare your artwork following the guidelines below. You may submit 1 Photo and 1 Logo *OR* 2 Photos.

  • Artwork must be 4-color (CMYK)
  • Use Stuffit for file compression if file size is over 2MB
  • Save as an EPS, TIF or JPG, 300 dpi, 4”x2.5”, and logo or 2nd image, 2.5” max width
  • Do not send fonts—copyright law prohibits us from using fonts that we do not own
